What counts as an AI operation?
One AI operation (op) is consumed for each resume parse or AI candidate match. AI candidate write-ups cost 3 ops each, reflecting the additional compute required to generate a polished, client-ready summary. Your monthly op balance resets at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens when I hit my AI credit limit?
AI-powered features are paused until your balance resets at the next billing cycle. All other ATS features (pipelines, scheduling, fee tracking, etc.) remain fully available. You'll see a clear warning in the app as you approach your limit, and you can upgrade at any time to increase your allowance.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required to start. If you decide placemynt isn't right for your agency, simply cancel before the trial ends — you won't be charged.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes — paying annually saves you approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. Toggle to "Annual" above to see discounted rates. The discount is applied automatically when you choose annual billing at checkout.
